The team at both ends exceeded our expectations not just in their professionalism, but also their demeanor. They actually seemed like they were enjoying their day, which helped to alleviate our stress. They were also spot-on with their arrival and drop-off times which was a first in our experience. The pick-up team went beyond the call of duty to provide assistance with packing difficult objects like art-work and plants. The drop-off team handled 3 flights of stairs with good humour and brilliant stamina! When discussing our move with friends after the event we were compelled to tell them it was actually a breeze – and this is largely due to a terrific job by your crew. Please pass on our thanks. We just wanted to thank the staff at King & Wilson for the fine job they did when moving our furniture from Canberra to Melbourne. Corey and the crew in Canberra were on time, very professional, helpful, good humoured and fast. Our delivery in Melbourne the next day was exactly the same. Luke and I'm sorry I forget the other fellow's name (they were so fast) were fantastic. Again on time, very professional, good humoured etc. Most of all Jamie I want to thank you for all the effort in arranging our move, all the furniture did fit in the one container, nothing went missing and there was absolutely no damage at all.
I would heartily recommend King and Wilson to everyone seeking to move and it
won't blow the budget either. We will definately look at using you again for
out next move but hopefully that won't be for some time. | |
