As most forms require your signature please complete the relevant forms, answering all questions, and sign and return them to our office at the earliest opportunity. We will be pleased to answer any questions which may arise.

- Alcohol, Tobacco or New Goods Declaration - To be completed if you are shipping alcohol, tobacco or goods you have owned for less than 12 months

Please note we will require a copy of the owner of the goods' passport and Visa (if applicable) to facilitate customs clearance
